We are recruiting a female PhD student with a Master’s or comparable degree in Mathematics or Education for a three-year international research project funded by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), an agency of the European Commission located in Brussels, Belgium.

You will be affiliated full-time to your home university and remunerated by the project during the project lifetime. You will be carrying out your research as part of the project, called ProTEEM, which stands for “Professionalisation of Teacher Educators in English and Mathematics”.

It is a collaboration between two European universities (University of Antwerp, Kaunas University of Technology), two South African universities (Stellenbosch University, Rhodes University), three academic partner institutions in the DR Congo (Université de Kinshasa, Université de
Lubumbashi, Université Catholique de Bukavu) and two Zambian universities (University of Zambia, Kwame Nkrumah University).
