The objectives of this seminar are to:

Explain the ISO standards and how to write procedures (including the format to be used for the entire UBC);

By group, one group is made up of the department responsible and one member, to draw up procedures according to their activities carries out and taking into account the ISO 9001 standards;

Discuss the drafted procedures and validate them in the plenary.

Here are some expected results:

The procedures related to the main activities of each department are developed;

A draft of the procedure’s directory is ready to be shared with the Q-Point partners who will give their appreciation and orientation for their improvements.
