Catholic University of Bukavu: Professor Aimé Heri-Kazi appointed as the new Vice-rector to Academic Affairs. Date 02/02/2022 Comments 0 comment The vice-president of the Board of Directors, representative of the Grand Chancellor of the Catholic University of Bukavu, Mgr. Floribert BASHIMBE invested Professor Aimé Heri-Kazi BISIMWA as Vice-Rector to Academic Affairs during the installation ceremony which took place this February 1 at the Center of Excellence of Bugabo Campus. During his speech, the Rector of UCB, Kanigula MUBAGWA while wishing a fruitful term to the new Vice-rector, congratulated Professor Wenceslas BUSANE who brought major improvements through his work at the Catholic University of Bukavu. Prof Aimé Heri-Kazi (left) and Prof Wenceslas Busane (right) Vice-Rector Aimé Heri-Kazi replaces Professor Wenceslas BUSANE who worked with devotion for ten years at this position. Professor Aimé Heri-Kazi was elected by the Academic and Scientific Council of the Catholic University of Bukavu on October 23, 2021. He brings more than 20 years of experience in research-teaching. Prof Aimé Heri-Kazi BISIMWA, professor at the Faculty of Agronomy of UCB is a bioengineer in plant science. We wish him a fruitful term.
