“Les mercredis de l’UCB” is a space offered to the entire university community of the Catholic University of Bukavu by the French Institute of Bukavu to exchange and debate on questions of social interest every last Wednesday of the month. The debate is held at the French Institute of Bukavu located on Lumumba Avenue. For “Les mercredis de l’UCB” in January 2020, the topic is ‘‘Le stress en milieu universitaire’’ (Stress in the university environment).

What can be the cause of stress in university environment? How to avoid it for a bright academic career? Answers to these questions will be provided by our psychologist Dr. Achille Bapolisi (UCB, HPGRB) and Miss Valence Mitima (Faculty of Medicine, student Doc. 2) on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 17:00.
