In preparation for the start of the 2021-2022 academic year, the following schedule is set:

January 5, 2022 is the date of the official start of the academic year. On this occasion, all new students will be welcomed at the Lurhuma Campus in Karhale from 8:00 am by the members of the Management Committee, the members of the Faculty Offices, the Head of Academic Services, the Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, the Chaplain, the Head of the Social Service and the General Representative of the students;

January 6-8, 2022:

Registration of new students by Academic Services;
Issuance of student ID cards by Academic Services;
Configuration of new students’ email addresses by IT Services;
Registration of new students in the moodle platform by IT Services;
Faculty Council in all faculties for the distribution of time loads and the development of semester schedules on Saturday, January 8, 2022.
