More than 400 last-year students from UCB and other institutions in and around South Kivu province participated to this activity. This initiative aims at creating an annual framework for exchange between graduands and local, national, regional and international organizations / companies with a view to facilitating the transition between the academic life and the professional world. This fair consisted of two parts. The first consisted in getting a picture of realities related to the entrepreneurial world in Bukavu, an opportunity to allow students who show a keen interest in entrepreneurship to get in touch with entrepreneurs so that they can understand the mechanisms of this income-generating activity capable of creating employment. Some of the entrepreneurs present at this event are among UCB alumni. The second part focused on the meeting between students, businesses and organizations. These potential recruiters discussed with students the functioning of their various organizations, the opportunities they offer as well as the constraints and advantages associated with their various fields.
